Conflict Intervention Service (CIS) Program
Funded by the City & County of San Francisco, BASF mediators provide free conflict intervention services to qualifying residential and commercial Tenants and Landlords in SF to help resolve disputes, divert eviction, stabilize housing, and support vibrant neighborhoods.

Special Education Program
BASF offers free, professional, neutral ADR services to help SFUSD families and staff resolve conflicts related to the unique learning needs of students who qualify for special education supports and services through their Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

BASF's mediation panels are composed of highly experienced professionals with extensive mediation training and practice backgrounds.
At this time, BASF is accepting new mediators by invitation only. The mediation panel is not open to general applications.
