Court Appointment Programs

BASF's Court Appointment Programs, a division of the Lawyer Referral and Information Service, contracts with the San Francisco Superior Court to qualify and schedule attorneys to provide high quality legal representation of indigent clients in all of the court-appointment programs listed below. Our program also provides billing oversight for the Superior Court.

Our panels are comprised of attorneys in private practice who demonstrate the requisite experience and qualifications to provide robust and zealous representation; once qualified, panel attorneys are appointed by the Superior Court as independent contractors through the Court Appointment Programs.

We welcome your questions and we are happy to walk you through the application process.
