She is a FINRA public arbitrator; she passed the federal bar exam for the US Tax Court in 2019 and has active cases there. She has been a practicing mediator and arbitrator for more than two decades. She served as a volunteer mediator for the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Attorney/Client Fee Disputes program for 14 years, hearing cases in areas such as contract, employment, immigration, civil, and criminal disputes, and currently serves as a volunteer mediator for both the San Francisco Police Commission’s Office of Citizen Complaints and the Community Boards of San Francisco. She received her international coaching certification in 2021.
