Kevin Haroff is the San Francisco managing partner of a national environmental and business litigation firm. Haroff has worked with Fortune 500 corporations, governmental entities, and private citizens in alternative dispute resolution, civil litigation, and regulatory matters for over 35 years. He is a graduate of Cornell Law School, Cornell University’s College of Arts & Sciences, and Cornell’s Graduate School of Management.

Haroff has been involved in the resolution of many challenging environmental, commercial, and insurance disputes, including an early commercial arbitration before the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal (IUSCT). Other matters have included mediation over the remediation of a Southern California munitions facility and a former aeronautical manufacturing site in San Diego. He has received over 100 hours of mediation and arbitration training, including advanced training in complex mediation through the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.

Haroff is actively involved in local government and judicial affairs. Among other things, he is a recent mayor and current city council member for the City of Larkspur in Marin County, California. He regularly serves as a settlement conference mediation panelist for the Marin County Superior Court.

Hourly Rate: $625. Rate is adjustable depending on the complexity of the case and time required.
