Annual Membership Luncheon

The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) is gearing up for its highly anticipated 2025 Annual Membership Luncheon & Installation of Officers on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Hyatt Embarcadero in San Francisco.

This distinguished event will bring together BASF members, legal professionals, and community leaders for an afternoon of reflection, recognition, and forward-thinking conversations. It is a special occasion to celebrate the achievements of 2025 and to welcome the new leadership for the year ahead.

The luncheon will include the presentation of the prestigious Awards of Merit, honoring BASF members who have demonstrated outstanding contributions to the legal profession and the community. Attendees will also have the chance to celebrate the incoming 2026 Board Officers as well as bid farewell to the outgoing leaders who have shaped BASF’s success in 2025.

Peggy Otum, BASF's incoming 2026 President will deliver her Inaugural Address. She's expected to share her vision and exciting plans in the coming year. Peggy will succeed Charles Jung, who is set to give his farewell address as 2025 President, reflecting on the accomplishments of the past year and BASF’s ongoing commitment to its members.

Outgoing President of the Barristers Club, Joseph Blake Winston IV, will also deliver a farewell speech as he transitions out of his leadership role.
