The Barristers Tax, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section educates members on the fundamentals of tax practice. The section produces educational programs for attorneys in their first ten years of practice. Continuing Legal Education topics span tax controversy, compliance, and transactional tax practice. Guest speakers include experienced governmental and private sector tax practitioners, accountants, and professors.

The section hosts occasional networking and social events to build community among its members.
