The Barristers Pro Bono and Community Service Committee connects attorneys, law firms and nonprofit organizations. The committee's goal is to increase volunteer opportunities in the Bay Area and encourage attorneys to give back to the community.

The committee hosts relevant Continuing Legal Education events. These seminars focus on nonprofit governance, the responsibilities of nonprofit board members, and the implications of working with or representing a nonprofit organization.

The committee also coordinates volunteer events each year for Barristers, colleagues, friends, and family.
