Diversity, inclusion, and belonging are core values of the Barristers Club; however, we recognize that there are social injustices, racism, and discrimination that contribute to the lack of diversity and belonging in the legal profession. The Diversity & Inclusion Committee works to educate, advocate, and promote programming that addresses issues around diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and belonging faced by underrepresented attorneys.
