The Family Law Section explores all aspects of family law. Topics include community property, child custody, and support. In addition, the section covers counseling, mediation, rights of unmarried couples, and the rights of children. The section makes recommendations to the BASF Board of Directors about the substantive and procedural law of the local family law court.
