CORP volunteers use their legal expertise to advise community-based organizations on transactional legal matters.

To volunteer with CORP, an attorney must be licensed to practice in California, and:

• Have at least 5 years of legal experience, or
• Be supervised by an attorney with at least 5 years of experience.

CORP is not able to provide supervising attorneys for attorneys with less than 5 years of experience.

CORP volunteers participate in half-day legal clinics, provide legal counsel for transactional matters, and offer legal webinars and workshops for nonprofits.
