Volunteer Attorney Application

JDC offers volunteer opportunities in several legal disciplines. Some projects provide training, supervision, and ongoing case support (Family Law, Tenant Advocacy). To volunteer with other projects, attorneys need at least 5 years of experience in a substantive practice discipline, or work under the supervision of senior attorneys (Federal litigation, Tax, Business/Transactional, Legal Advice and Referral Clinic, Family Law Attorney of the Day program). JDC provides malpractice insurance coverage for all of its volunteers.
