The Justice & Diversity Center’s Community Organization Representation Project (CORP) invites you to apply for our free virtual legal clinic for nonprofits on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 1 – 3 pm (PDT). This free clinic is presented in partnership with WilmerHale and Visa. 

On the clinic date, nonprofits will meet one-on-one with volunteer attorneys. The attorneys will review common legal compliance issues nonprofits face, provide a brief consultation, discuss best practices, and recommend steps to take going forward.

We urge you to apply early as space is limited. The application deadline is Friday, October 9th at 5 pm (PDT). Click here to apply. Please note that if your application is approved, a person in a leadership position familiar with your organization’s policies and procedures will need to remain in attendance for the entire duration of the one-on-one session (1 – 3 pm).
