The Community Organization Representation Project (CORP) of the Justice & Diversity Center of the Bar Association of San Francisco invites you to join us for a virtual legal clinic. The clinic will cover nonprofit compliance issues, such as:

• Tax returns and financial reporting,
• Federal registration and renewal,
• State registration and renewal,
• Other required filings, and
• Corporate governance.

Participants will meet privately with pro bono attorneys to review your organization’s legal compliance using a checklist of common issues. If your legal needs extend beyond the clinic, we may be able to connect you with additional pro bono services
