Thursday, March 5, 2-4 pm: Anti-Harassment Training for Nonprofit Supervisors

California law requires all employers with 50 or more employees to train all supervisors on how to prevent harassment and discrimination in the workplace. This presentation will give guidance on preventing harassment and discrimination, as well as how to investigate and
respond to such complaints.
Please note that this training is limited to managers, supervisors, and board members of nonprofit organizations and participants should bring a copy of their organization’s harassment policy with them to the training. Due to limited space, we will give priority to nonprofits we have already worked with, and those that provide direct services to Northern California communities
