The Community Organization Representation Project (CORP) of the Bar Association of San Francisco invites you to join us for a virtual legal audit on employment law topics in partnership with pro bono attorneys from Cozen O'Connor and the Association of Corporate Counsel - San Francisco Bay Area (ACC SFBA).
It will cover topics such as:
- Employee hiring and selection processes,
- Employee handbook policies and procedures,
- Employee and independent contractor classifications,
- Labor law posting compliance,
- Employment record compliance,
- Personnel management issues,
- Harassment and discrimination issues,
- Disability accommodations, and
- Termination and discipline.
Attendees will meet privately with pro bono attorneys to conduct an employment law audit of their organization's policies and practices.
