Upcoming CORP Events
The Justice & Diversity Center’s Community Organization Representation Project (CORP) invites you to apply for our virtual legal clinic for nonprofits on Friday, July 25, 2025, from 2 – 4 pm (PDT). This free clinic is a collaboration between CORP, the Association of Corporate Counsel - San Francisco Bay Area, and the law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.
On the clinic date, nonprofits will meet one-on-one with volunteer attorneys. The attorneys will review common legal compliance issues nonprofits face, provide a brief consultation, discuss best practices, and recommend steps to take going forward.
We urge you to apply early as space is limited. The application deadline is Friday, July 11th at 5 pm (PDT). Click here to apply. Please note that if your application is approved, a person in a leadership position familiar with your organization’s policies and procedures will need to remain in attendance for the entire duration of the one-on-one session (2 – 4 pm).
For more information, please see the attached flyer. If you have any questions, please email us at corp@sfbar.org.

This session is designed for leaders, board members, and staff of fiscally sponsored organizations who want to better understand their rights and build more resilient sponsorship relationships moving forward.
