The Justice & Diversity Center’s Community Organization Representation Project (CORP) invites you to apply for our virtual legal clinic for nonprofits on Friday, May 9, 2025, from 2 – 4 p.m. (PST). This no-cost clinic is a collaboration between CORP, the law firm of Baker McKenzie, and the legal department of Equinix.

On the clinic date, nonprofits will meet one-on-one with teams of volunteer attorneys and legal professionals. The attorneys will conduct an audit of various legal issues nonprofits are subjected to, provide a brief consultation, discuss best practices, and offer the steps nonprofits should consider towards resolving challenging issues.

We urge you to apply early as space is limited. The application deadline is Friday, April 25 at 5 p.m. (PST), click here to apply. Please note that if your nonprofit’s application is approved, a person in a leadership position familiar with the nonprofit’s policies, procedures, and practices will need to remain in attendance for the entire duration of the one-on-one session (2 – 4 p.m.).
