For Returning CORP Clients

Eligibility Requirements

To receive CORP services, organizations must be:

    • Based in Northern California,
    • Serving low-income and/or underserved individuals,
    • Not fiscally sponsored by another organization,
    • Seeking transactional (non-litigation) legal assistance, and
    • Unable to afford legal counsel without impacting services.

If your organization has received CORP services within the last 5 years, and continues to meet the above criteria, there is no requirement to submit a new application. Contact us to discuss your legal needs at corp@sfbar.org.

If your organization received CORP services more than 5 years ago, and meets the above criteria, please complete the CORP returning client application.

    • Has your organization received CORP services in the past?
    • Since then, has the annual budget changed significantly? If yes, is your organization able to pay for legal services?
    • Have there been any changes to your organization’s mission or the communities you serve?
