Eligibility Requirements
To receive CORP services, organizations must be:

- Based in Northern California,
- Serving low-income and/or underserved individuals,
- Not fiscally sponsored by another organization,
- Seeking transactional (non-litigation) legal assistance, and
- Unable to afford legal counsel without impacting services.
If your organization has received CORP services within the last 5 years, and continues to meet the above criteria, there is no requirement to submit a new application. Contact us to discuss your legal needs at corp@sfbar.org.
If your organization received CORP services more than 5 years ago, and meets the above criteria, please complete the CORP returning client application.
Questions to Consider Before Completing the Application

- Has your organization received CORP services in the past?
- Since then, has the annual budget changed significantly? If yes, is your organization able to pay for legal services?
- Have there been any changes to your organization’s mission or the communities you serve?
