Legal Momentum Honors Women
Mary Quazzo, Bechtel Corporation, was honored at the Legal Momentum’s 10th Annual Women of Achievement Awards in early March.
Quazzo is vice president, secretary, principal counsel, and manager of Corporate Legal for Bechtel Group, Inc., based in San Francisco.
Diversity and community service feature prominently in Quazzo’s activities. She is involved in Women@Bechtel, a collaborative forum connecting employees globally to promote the development and advancement of women at all levels, and numerous company and employee initiated stewardship efforts.
Dean Fealk Joins Presidential Leaders Scholar Program
Dean Fealk, a partner at DLA Piper, was selected to join the inaugural class of the Presidential Leadership Scholars program, a unique leadership development initiative that draws upon the resources of the presidential centers of Lyndon B. Johnson, George H.W. Bush, William J. Clinton, and George W. Bush.
The scholars draw from a variety of sectors, including private, public, non-profit, military, and academia and were chosen because of their capacity to take their leadership strengths to a higher level in order to help their communities and our country.

Nossaman Teams Up with 49ers Foundation to Help Underserved Youth
Former 49ers players Eric Wright, J.J. Stokes and Gene Washington were among the guests, along with in-house counsel and senior executives of various organizations. During the event, attendees browsed the 49ers Collection by Jennifer Montana Design.
A portion of the proceeds from the evening’s sales benefitted the 49ers Foundation in support of development programs for underserved youth that keep them “Safe, On Track and In School.”
