Two New Attorneys to Benesch

Benesch has recently hired two new attorneys to their firm, Ismael Laymoun and Neeta Sahadev. Kaymoun joins as an Associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, and his practice focuses on data privacy, and the legal implications on digital assets and emerging technologies. Sahadev joins Benesch as a Partner in their Corporate Practice Group. Her practice primarily focuses on M&A, in industries such as tech, gaming, aviation, consumer goods, retail, cybersecurity, e-commerce, fintech, and FMGG. Their promotions were featured in San Francisco Business Times’ People on the Move Vol. 41, No. 9 – congratulations!

David Jargiello to Holland & Knight

Congratulations to David Jargiello on joining Holland & Knight as a Partner. He advises law firms, legal service providers, private equity investors, and legal technology companies on strategic transactions and business structures involving corporate and professional responsibility matters. Muzzio as SF La Raza Attorney of the Year

Franco Muzzio, a Partner at Keker, Van Nest & Peters, has been named Attorney of the Year by the San Francisco La Raza Lawyers Association. The association recognized him for his trial work and commitment to pro bono service and the community. The firm’s social media announcement also highlighted his recent work on United Farm Workers v. Noem, a class action challenging allegedly unlawful immigration enforcement practices by the U.S. Border Patrol in the Eastern District of California.
