Join the Planning Committee for the 40th Annual Judges Reception! Each year, the Barristers Club hosts the Judges Reception to honor locally based state and federal judges. The event provides Barristers (law students and attorneys in their first ten years of practice) and other non-Barrister attorneys with a unique opportunity to meet and interact with members of the bench in an informal setting. The Judges Reception is a critical fundraiser for the Barristers Club. It is also the occasion for the presentation of the Tara L. Riedley “Barristers Choice” Award to one Bay Area judge in recognition of their outstanding efforts to educate and develop newer lawyers.
