Are you as excited as we are about the September 16 JDC Gala? We can’t wait to celebrate with you – virtually, and together in spirit!
Get ready for mixologist Rebecca Pinnell who will teach us to shake and stir our Gala drinks, a smooth Res Ipsa Liquitur or the always-popular Justice Juice.

If you want to follow along with Rebecca’s demonstration, here is your supply list, including an alcohol-free version!
Ingredients:
- ICE (at least 4 cups)
 - Gin
 - Toki Japanese Whisky
 - Dry vermouth (optional)
 - 1 egg (per person)
 - 1 lemon (per cocktail)
 - 1 green apple
 - 1 plum
 - ⅓ cup berries
 - 1 cup sugar (split)
 - 1 cup water (split)
 - Salt
 - Powdered ginger
 - Rice wine vinegar
 
Ingredients (alcohol-free version):
- ICE (at least 4 cups)
 - 1 egg (per person)
 - 1 lemon (per cocktail)
 - ⅓ cup berries
 - 1 cup sugar (split)
 - 1 cup water (split)
 - Seltzer (for an alcohol-free cocktail)
 
Tools:
- Jigger
 - Measuring spoons and cups
 - Shaking vessel
 - Mixing Glass
 - 2 mason jars with lids
 - Bar Spoon
 - Cocktail strainer
 - Fine mesh strainer
 - Vegetable peeler
 - Knife
 - Cutting board
