The Justice & Diversity Center’s Bay Area Minority Law Student Scholarship program demonstrates the organization’s commitment to advancing diversity in the legal profession. The program awards diverse first year Bay Area law students with a $30,000 scholarship, over three years, based on financial need, academic achievement and overcoming adversity.

Since its inception in 1998, more than $1.7 million in scholarships have been awarded to 93 students.

Years of scholarship: 2011-2014

Employer: Morrison & Foerster

Practice Area: Ingram practices litigation in the Consumer Class Action group and has worked on matters involving food mislabeling, software systems and Proposition 64 environmental claims.

Pro Bono: He also has an active pro bono practice and has worked on matters including defending clients against criminal allegations of political corruption, challenging anti-homeless ordinances on behalf of destitute plaintiffs, and suing a city over fourth amendment civil liberties violations committed by their police department.
