Mark Gainer is a graduate of Boalt Hall, and has practiced in firms and as general counsel.  Gainer has been involved in several business enterprises, including real estate and business opportunity brokerage. Twenty-two years ago, he founded Legal Additions LLC, a legal search and recruitment firm serving law firms and corporate legal departments.

Mark has mediated a broad spectrum of attorney-client fee disputes for the Bar Association of San Francisco, involving trusts, employment termination, debt collection, real property allocations, partnership dissolution and immigration.  In addition, he has successfully mediated disputes involving sale of small businesses, real estate, UCC equipment leases, employment and intellectual property.
