Andrew Wiener brings 35 years of litigation experience to his full-time mediation practice, most commonly involving workplace conflicts, including claims of wrongful termination, wage and hour entitlement, and/or age discrimination. Having been trial counsel in a wide range of business matters, for both plaintiffs and defendants, Wiener provides valuable insights that enable litigants to make more informed settlement decisions. Separately, as a fee dispute arbitrator for many years, Wiener is intimately familiar with the aspects of such conflicts. Wiener conducts mediation in person, via Zoom or telephonically, as appropriate to the circumstances.
