We want to know! The Bar Association of San Francisco’s (BASF) Paralegal Section is seeking nominations for our annual awards ceremony which will occur in December (details to be announced soon).

What a year 2020 has been! When COVID-19 hit and we were ordered to shelter-in-place, attorneys and firms worried how their businesses would survive the crisis. Paralegals and legal staff, equally worried, stepped up to the plate and quickly adapted to working remotely. We networked and stayed connected with our colleagues online to share information about remote hearings and court processes; we exchanged ideas about productivity including the best software and applications to help our newly remote offices run smoothly; and we became experts in running and attending Zoom meetings.

Who helped your firm this year? Tell us about your superstars and let us help you acknowledge their hard work. We will be presenting awards for Paralegal/Legal Professional of the Year, Member of the Year, and Pro Bono/Volunteer Service.
