LRIS: How to Request a Lawyer

Before You Contact Us

Please make note of the following information before you call us:

  • Month, day and time that your incident occurred
  • Names of everyone who was involved

If you need a lawyer you can request one online or by phone.

Submit a Referral Request Online:

  1. It only takes a moment to fill out a confidential, private online request form.
  2. You will receive a notification by email that we have received your request and are reviewing your information.
  3. We usually contact you (by phone or email) within one or two days to ask for more details, and/or to give you the attorney's name who has agreed to meet with you, and the date/time/location of your first meeting.
  4. A $35 fee is usually charged for this first meeting. For injury matters, there is no fee to consult a lawyer.
