KVP’s New Partners and Of Counsel

Gregory Chen as Ogletree’s New Managing Director

Ogletree Deakins has elected firm shareholder Gregory Cheng to be one of the firm’s two Managing Directors. Since joining the firm 20 years ago, Cheng has solely practiced management-side labor and employment law and has handled hundreds of matters in state and federal courts, arbitration, and before administrative agencies. Congratulations to Gregory on this election!

Farella Braun + Martel’s Newest Partners

Farella Braun + Martel have elected two of their attorneys, Benjamin R. Buchwalter and Carolina de Armas, to partner. Specializing in employment law, Buchwalter works with companies to mitigate employment law risks in order to reach their business goals. He holds experience working alongside companies and as an in-house employment attorney which helps him advise employers on companywide goals and culture. Carolina works with the firm’s renewable energy, wine, and construction clients on various transactional matters. Her work includes guiding clients of all sizes on business decisions, maximizing opportunity while also managing risk.

Frentzen and Wong Featured in Daily Journal

Congratulations to MoFo partners, William Frentzen and Christine Y. Wong, on earning spots on the Daily Journal’s list of Top White-Collar Attorneys for 2025. Will is an accomplished trial lawyer and currently represents companies and their executives in various matters like internal and government investigations, white collar criminal defense matters, intellectual property crimes, and many others. Wong primarily focuses on investigations, white collar criminal defense, and cross-border compliance matters. RJO Welcomes Marco Quazzo

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell welcomed commercial litigator Marco Quazzo as shareholder and part of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Quazzo joins RJO yielding over 30 years of experience handling business and corporate governance. Shareholder and real estate matters. In his career, he has represented some of the country’s largest companies as well as privately held businesses high-net worth individuals, directors and officers, founders and trustees. We look forward to seeing the work Marco and the rest of the practice group will accomplish together.
