Thanks to BASF Mediation Services panelist Elizabeth Tippin, who recently presented an informative talk on mediation and arbitration to the San Francisco Legal Professionals Association at their monthly “Lunch and Learn” meeting. The meeting was held at the law office of Altshuler Berzon.

Tippin spoke about her experience as a mediator and an arbitrator and the differences between the two processes. Her main focus is Construction Law and she is very interested in international dispute resolution. The day of her talk, she had attended an International Arbitration Conference in the morning and was mediating a construction dispute that afternoon.
