The Barristers Insurance Practice Section educates members representing both policyholder and insurer perspectives. Members are practitioners in their first ten years of practice. The section helps members stay up-to-date on developments in insurance coverage and practice. Educational programs cover losses and underlying liabilities, intellectual property, products liability, securities fraud, environmental, employment, and construction litigation.
