The Barristers Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section offers members an opportunity to network with fellow practitioners and professionals, including accountants and trust officers. The section plans social and educational events for practitioners in their first ten years of practice. Continuing Legal Education topics include estate planning, probate, and related tax issues.
