BASF’s professional arbitrators resolve disputes in over 30 areas of law. BASF is pleased to offer arbitration as a public service to parties and the legal community.
Once both parties agree on a selected arbitrator, the arbitrator works with the parties and calendars the arbitration.
Our Arbitration Services Package
For $295 per party, you get:
- Two hours of arbitration
- One hour of arbitration preparation
- Professional, helpful staff to coordinate a referral to a member arbitrator, if needed
- Your choice of experienced arbitrators
- Professional, helpful staff to match qualified arbitrators to the area of law
Almost all arbitrations last longer than two hours and may need more than one hour of preparation time. Extra hours (beyond the covered three hours) are paid directly to the arbitrator at their hourly rate. Often an arbitrator will require a deposit in advance of the arbitration, which is refundable for hours not used.
BASF arbitrators are available throughout the Bay Area.
