VLSP Unveils Pro Bono Pledge

Chief Justice George and Chief Judge Walker Ask Bay Area Law Firms to Reaffirm Commitment to Pro Bono Work

 

Pro Bono Pledge Signatories with Chief Justice Ronald George and Chief Judge Vaughn WalkerThe Volunteer Legal Services Program, along with Supreme Court Chief Justice George and U.S. District Court Chief Judge Walker, are asking law firms to reaffirm their commitment to pro bono work by signing the San Francisco Bay Area Law Firm Pledge in Support of Pro Bono Services.

Join the growing list of Bay Area law firms who encourage and support attorney involvement in pro bono work, including giving affirmative consideration to pro bono activity in determining compensation and career advancement.
