How do you balance the need to provide a supportive work environment with the need to hold employees to certain performance standards? How do you ensure that employee complaints are dealt with appropriately while still being fair to the employee against whom the complaint is made? This seminar will help answer some of these questions. This program is designed for executive directors, chief administrative officers, directors of human resources and other human resource staff.

FISCAL SPONSORSHIP: What’s it all about? In this workshop, taught by a leading local fiscal sponsor, you will learn the pros and cons of fiscal sponsorship and information to help you evaluate whether fiscal sponsorship is the right choice for you. Whether you are interested in becoming a fiscally sponsored project, or in providing fiscal sponsorship to other nonprofit activities, you will deepen your understanding of the current best practice standards in the field of fiscal sponsorship. CORP volunteer attorneys will detail the legal and tax reporting requirements of different types of fiscal sponsorship.
