The Volunteer Legal Services Program (VLSP) provides pro bono legal and related social services to underserved San Francisco residents, communities, and organizations that serve these populations.
VLSP takes a holistic approach to legal services, seeking to address the full range of legal and social services issues that prevent our clients from retaining stability in their lives. Last year, VLSP staff and over 1,800 VLSP volunteers, assisted nearly 8,000 clients with legal consultation and representation in nearly every area of civil law.
VLSP’s board members and staff are all committed to furthering its mission.
