BASF Sends Letter to Senators Regarding Current Legislative Proposals to Divide the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit Judicial Circuit

August 16, 2017 – San Francisco -- Merri Baldwin, President of The Bar Association of San Francisco today sent a letter to Senators Chuck Grassley, Ben Sasse, Dianne Feinstein and Chris Coons, to express the association's opposition to S. 276, S. 295, H.R. 196, H.R. 250 and H.R. 1598, the current legislative proposals to divide the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Judicial Circuit.
