BASF Board Supports SAFE California

 

March 5, 2012 – San Francisco – The Board of Directors of The Bar Association of San Francisco on February 15, 2012, voted to support the Saving Accountability and Full Enforcement Act of California (SAFE California) in the statewide movement to place an initiative on the November 2012 ballot to replace the death penalty with life in prison without the possibility of parole.  SAFE California will save $1 billion over the next five years.
