BASF Joins in Amicus Brief in Perry v. Schwarzennegger

 

November 2, 2010 – San Francisco -- The Bar Association of San Francisco joined with over forty other organizations, including national, metropolitan, local and minority bar associations and national and local non-profit organizations, in the submission of an amicus brief in the Perry v Schwarzennegger case. The brief, filed with the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, urges the court to affirm that Proposition 8 is unconstitutional.
