No on Prop 8 Leadership Training Now Online


September 18, 2008 -- San Francisco
-- The Bar Association of San Francisco's Marriage Fairness Task Force recently conducted a training workshop for those in the community wanting to take a leadership role in the fight against Proposition 8, which is on the California ballot for November 4.

The workshop, which features Kate Kendall, National Center for Lesbian Rights Executive Director and Donna Ryu, UC Hastings College of the Law Professor, provides talking points and strategies for those interested in helping to defeat Prop 8. This workshop is geared for members of the legal community as well as members of the public interested in taking a leadership role in working to defeat Proposition 8 and preserving marriage rights and equal treatment for all Californians.
