BASF Announces New Partnership to Help Disadvantaged Kids with SAT Preparation
Partnership with Revolution Prep gives students of BASF's School-To-College Program Discounted SAT Preparation Course

San Francisco, May 1, 2006 -- The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) recently announced a new partnership to benefit the students of its School-To-College (STC) program. Revolution Prep, a SAT preparation company, will offer STC students six-week courses this spring in preparation for the June SAT for only $25. The value of the course is $499.

"Revolution Prep's mission is clearly aligned with that of our School-To-College program's goals and objectives. It is vitally important to make every resource available to our students to ensure they have every opportunity to attend college," says Terry Stewart, STC Co-Founder and San Francisco Deputy City Attorney.

Revolution Prep was founded on the principle of offering the highest quality SAT classes and tutoring at a more reasonable price and at the most convenient times and locations. They are a company whose sole purpose was to help kids get into college. They are dedicated to creating a better SAT curriculum and a program that put the needs of its students over its bottom line.

"We are very excited about our partnership with The Bar Association of San Francisco and are pleased to be able to make Revolution Prep's SAT preparation courses available to the School-To-College students.  Revolution Prep was founded on the principle that our students' success is the number one goal," said Revolution Prep Co-Founder Jake Neuberg.

In addition to the discount for the STC students, Revolution Prep will also offer all BASF members a $100 discount on their standard private tutoring package.

STC is a program of BASF in partnership with Balboa High School in San Francisco. STC's mission is to assist low-income, ethnically diverse high school students to become aware of the value of a college education, envision themselves in college, prepare for college-level work, seek admittance to quality colleges, and gain admittance and financial aid to attend the highest quality colleges possible.
