1. How will my gift be used?

Your gift will be used to support the Foundation programs: Volunteer Legal Services Program (VLSP), School-to-College, the Bay Area Minority Law School Scholarship Program, or the Law Academy.

2. May I designate my gift to the BASF Foundation program of my choice?

Yes. You may designate your gift to one or as many programs as you wish. You may also leave your gift unrestricted and allow us to direct it to the programs most in need.

3. When should I make my gift to the BASF Foundation?

You can make a gift at anytime. Donors who make gifts will be recognized in that year's Annual Report of donors, which is mailed in the fall.

4. May I set up monthly Brosnahan payments using my credit card?

Yes. Monthly payments via electronic funds transfer may be arranged through your bank and the BASF Foundation.

5. Does the BASF Foundation accept matching gifts?

Yes. Ask your Human Resource department if they will match your gift. They will provide you with a matching gift form. You should complete the donor section and mail it to us at:
