Bottom Line Partnership Task Force Report

Early in 2010, BASF formed the Bottom Line Partnership Task Force to again study the state of diversity in our legal community by focusing on minority partners within San Francisco law firms.  The task force spent several months interviewing minority partners, in-house counsel and managing partners in an effort to determine keys to success for those who have made partner. 

The task force compiled narratives from the interviews and wrote summaries and recommendations.  This material was turned into an informational report that was released on November 16, 2010 as part of a half-day conference in San Francisco.
