Business Law

The purpose of the Business Law Section is to:

  • provide a forum for discussion and exploration of emerging issues in corporate, commercial, and securities law
  • involve members in collaborative development of continuing legal education (CLE) seminars on timely business law topics
  • offer members informal opportunities for peer-to-peer business networking, law practice support, and mentorship

The section holds regular business meetings on the third Tuesday of each month.  CLE programs and networking events are on an "as announced" basis.
