Appellate Practice

The Appellate Practice Section has two major objectives:

to provide suggestions to state and federal appellate courts to improve processes and establish procedures that are clear, fair, and efficient
to provide continuing education programs for both appellate specialists and other lawyers in an effort to upgrade the quality of practice in the appellate courts
