Appellate Practice

The Appellate Practice Section has two major objectives:

• to provide suggestions to state and federal appellate courts to improve processes and establish procedures that are clear, fair, and efficient
• to provide continuing education programs for both appellate specialists and other lawyers in an effort to upgrade the quality of practice in the appellate courts
