This sub-committee addresses increasing leadership opportuntites for women, issues related to the billable hour as a way of measuring success and billing clients, alternative work structures that may result in better retention rates and promotions opportunties for women and flexible work arrangements in a law firm setting. Past accomplishments have included the development of a model part-time employment policy and a model sexual harassment policy for law firms. Leadership
