To register more than one person for an event, repeat the online registration process for each attendee. You may also submit multiple registrants via fax or mail: Registration Form Registration Form (23KB PDF) or call us at (415) 982-1600 and ask for the CLE Department. Note: If you are registering for a table at an event (not available for all events) you do not need to repeat the registration process for each person at the table.
