Flying the Coop on the Wings of Economic and Institutional Power
The fight for part time policies and mentoring programs that initially gave women their entre to law firms and in house legal departments have now become pigeonholes for women attorneys. To break out, women need to garner economic and institutional power in our firms and organizations. That means focusing on rainmaking and appointment to meaningful leadership positions. At this interactive session we will discuss the tactics and strategies you can employ to move into these positions of power and influence. Attorneys at every level will benefit from this discussion.
