The 15th anniversary of the Bay Area Diversity Career Fair brings together prominent Bay Area law firms, in-house legal departments, non-profit organizations and government legal departments in the San Francisco Bay Area with diverse second-year law students. Participating students come from distinguished law schools around the nation to interview for coveted summer associate positions.

A program of the Bar Association of San Francisco and Orrick, the Bay Area Diversity Career Fair provides a much needed event for employers in the Bay Area, as well as diverse law students
across the country, who previously had to travel great distances for job fairs that targeted minority candidates.

In addition to the interviews, the fair provides students with networking and educational opportunities. A panel and welcome reception for students and prospective employers takes place the night
before the interviews featuring diverse lawyers from a variety of practice areas.

In 2018, more than 600 law students from across the nation and over 60 employers participated in the 14th Annual Bay Area Diversity Career Fair. Read more about the 2018 career fair. For general career fair information, please email registration@orrick.com.
