Highlighting the Key Changes to the California Rules of Professional Conduct

Carol M. Langford
Law Offices of Carol M. Langford
Ms. Langford is an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco School of Law where she teaches Professional Responsibility. She has also previously lectured at the University of California Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law. Ms. Langford has published numerous articles on ethics and malpractice avoidance and co-authored several books on the topic of Legal Ethics, including a nationally adopted legal case book entitled Legal Ethics in the Practice of Law (Lexis, 4th ed., 2014). Her commitment to pro bono public legal services has gained her numerous awards and honors, including the Woman of the Year Senate Award for Women Who Seek Justice and Outstanding Volunteer of the Year from the Bar Association of San Francisco.

A one-hour Ethics accredited MCLE lecture by renowned and nationally recognized expert Carol M. Langford, appointed to the California Commission for the Revisions of the Rules of Professional Conduct. This is a one of a kind opportunity to understand how the key changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct can impact you.
