Often times disputes arise between insured and insurers over the scope of coverage and the handling of the underlying litigation from which a claim arises. Therefore, understanding the process of procuring coverage from the inception through the resolution of a case is imperative. Allen Matkins will discuss that process to put insureds in the best position available to navigate the claim process life cycle.
