The BASF Women's Conference provides our guests with an opportunity to hear from leaders in the legal profession and the business world, people of all genders, about ways to make an impact and redefine the culture for the modern professional woman.

Session I: "Step In" - How We Got Here
Hear from the fearless founders of the No Glass Ceiling Initiative, who inspired a national conversation on the effects of gender disparities in the profession, in the economy and on policy initiatives. They will provide an honest perspective on their groundbreaking work and educate on strategies to effect change in order to modernize the workplace, incorporating women's leadership and addressing what women can do to reshape the culture.
