Summary
This program will provide an overview of the role of a nonprofit board of directors, the fiduciary duties that individual directors owe to an organization, potential liability exposure of directors, and potential conflicts of interest. The speakers will also explore ethical concerns and issues that may arise when an attorney serves on a nonprofit's board, and will provide an update on any relevant changes in the law that may have occurred since this highly popular program was first delivered in early 2018.
