Overview
Construction projects involve numerous stakeholders, including developers, property owners, designers, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, local and statewide government officials, and more. The panel will identify common ethical issues for construction law practitioners and how to avoid these pitfalls. Using real examples, the panelists will test attendee knowledge and provide strategies for navigating the complexities of real estate and construction projects.
