A Conversation with Tupac's Attorney Topic Eric Farber has been protecting the name, trademarks, copyrights, images and likeness of the late Tupac Shakur for close to ten years. His unique practice centers around day-to-day issues for athletes and entertainers with an emphasis on intellectual property protection. He is considered a specialist in rights of publicity and post-mortem rights of publicity, as well as trademark and internet issues. Mr. Farber is a former adjunct professor of law teaching courses in Sports Law, the Constitution and Entertainment and Film and Television Law.
